  • How long is the experience?
    We allocate an hour slot for your experience. Upon arrival you will be checked in at Reception by one of our super helpful Elves. You then make your way round our Winter Wonderland themed enclosure which features activities for young and old alike. There are refreshments available to purchase along the way and many festive photo opportunities to take advantage of. You will be lead to Mother Claus’s room where you can put the finishing touches to your Christmas List, before going through to meet the man in red himself. You will be given a token to exchange in our shop for a gift to say thank-you and well done for getting on the Good List.
  • Can we spend the whole hour with Santa?
    No, each hour group consists of approximately 25-30 people who will all make their way through to visit Santa in due course across the course of the hour.
  • Will we have to queue?
    We will try our best to avoid queues but inevitably they may form at certain parts of the experience.
  • How much is it to visit Santa?
    £20.00 per child (which includes a free Adult entry), each additional adult ticket is £5.00 Plus booking fees
  • Do you charge for all children? Even babies?
    Yes ALL Children require a ticket to visit our Santa’s Grotto experience and to meet the man himself. Each Children’s ticket includes a Free Adult ticket. Additional Adult tickets can be purchased separately.
  • Are Pets allowed?
    Yes! We love Pets (especially Dogs), and they can have a picture with Santa too if accompanied by a paying guest. As some children are nervous around pets we can only allow smaller dog breeds Obviously we would respectfully ask that any ‘messages’ left by your pets are taken care of by you their responsible owners, and that they are kept on a lead at all times throughout the Experience in order to minimize disruption to other users who may not necessarily like Dogs.
  • Are Pushchairs, Prams and Buggy’s allowed in to the Experience?
    Yes but please be aware they will be required to be left outside of the Grotto whilst your visit with Santa takes place.
  • Is the Experience Wheelchair Friendly?
    Yes there is step free access and ramps throughout however the surface is rather uneven so we would always advise caution throughout and suggest you take your time whilst on site.
  • If we have the same timeframe booked as our friends are we able to go in together to visit Santa?
    Yes absolutely providing there is space for you all to fit in.
  • Are there toilets in the Grotto?
    We have toilets located at the entrance to the Car-Park which are easily accessible before entry.
  • Is there Parking?
    Whilst there is free Parking on the day at the site unfortunately it is limited and as such we advise where possible to park on the Main Road before entering the Farm and most definitely car-sharing in order to maximize the parking potential please.

  • I have bought tickets but am no longer able to attend?
    Please note that all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. We kindly ask you to ensure that you are able to attend the session you book before purchasing tickets. Thank you for your understanding.
  • I have bought tickets but haven’t received an email confirmation yet?
    As noted in our Terms and Conditions all bookings are non-refundable, however we can transfer them to another timeslot if required free of charge subject to availability.
  • I have bought tickets but haven’t received an email confirmation yet?
    Please check your spam or Junk Folder as sometimes they land in there. If you are still missing the email just drop us an email andy@fobbingfarmshop.co.uk and we will send you a new email confirmation to the email address used to originally purchase the tickets.
  • Can we take our own Photos and Videos whilst at the experience?
    Yes we would actively encourage it so long as you kindly tag us on our Social Media Channels https://www.facebook.com/fobbingfarmshop There are also opportunities to purchase professional Gift pictures throughout the experience as well as the ultimate Family shot with Santa.
  • Can I smoke and Vape on Site?
    Smoking is not allowed inside the experience and we would respectfully ask that you do not smoke or Vape around others whilst at the Farm, however since the majority of the area is outside then you are free to do so. Please make use of the Ashtrays and Bins provided.
  • Will we see lights during the experience?
    We have a selection of professionally situated lighting bars located throughout the experience to enhance the overall effect of the experience. There are no strobe lights used at the experience. There is also outside festoon lighting in certain parts of the Car-Park and Fairy lights on arrival at the attraction.
  • Do you offer any SEN sessions or Bespoke School Visits?
    Yes we offer specific SEN sessions where the Grotto is tailor made to the requirements of the attendees with music and lighting turned down to assist in over stimulation for those attendees. Please contact us for further information and details.
